About Us

I’m a retired residential real estate appraiser with over fifteen years of experience serving banks, accountants, mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys and served on the review board for mortgage fraud. My experience in residential inspections of homes is a perfect fit for a home watch business. I’m a fourth generation Floridian and reside with my husband and our fur babies in Inverness, Florida.
